I HAVE HAD NO TIME!!!!
I don't know if any of you have noticed that I have been MIA for the past week or so. Life has been super busy with a 10 month old who is almost walking, sick, and teething! Oh wait, did I mention that I was sick too and he has decided to start getting up in the middle of the night to feed again and then cry the entire night? Oh...the joys of motherhood! I know some of you can relate:-)
But in all seriousness, I have been so overwhelmed with everything going on and took this week to enjoy the warm weather with family (the hubby especially), go into work for some extra hours, and chase after my crabby baby all over the house. I want to enjoy all these moments because once they are gone, I will never get them back.
But have no fear, I am not leaving, and this is NOT my last blog post! I have lots of yummy stuff in the works... a couple A LOT of giveaways, the Fluffy Wishes Twitter Party, and of course many ideas swirling around in my head. I have so many posts that I want to do, but just no time. One of these days I will get a spare moment to write a whole bunch of posts! But until then, you can only make the most of what you have with the time you have. I suspect things will calm down a little in the fall and I will have a little more time to get my blog on!! But I don't want to look back and miss out on the moments I could have spent with my family when instead I was so worried about getting a blog post done!
Can you relate? Are your summers busier than the rest of the year?
What has been keeping you busy?
Oh my, I'm feeling it too! I'm very excited for the Twitter Party though. You've done a great job :)
ReplyDeleteI can definitely relate! Sometimes my days are so full, that by the time I have a break in the evening, I don't feel like blogging. Sometimes I feel like I am "abandoning" my blog and my readers, but you are definitely right when you say that you don't want to look back and find that you have missed out on precious moments with your family. My son will only be young once and I love enjoying every moment of it! We have a baby on the way too, so I am sure things will be getting even more hectic! :)
