Sweepstakes are prize giveaways where the winners are chosen by the luck of the draw and at random. I currently use the Rafflecopter widget to administer, run, moderate, and choose a winner for my sweepstakes. The winner will be drawn at random through Rafflecopter. No purchase is necessary to win. Your e-mail address will be provided to me solely for the purpose of contacting the winner. The winner will need to claim their prize by replying to an e-mail from My Cloth Diaper Stash within 48 hours. After this time, I will re-draw for another winner.
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final.

How the Winner is Chosen and Contacted – I found a lot of speculation of giveaway rigging. Use a third-party like random.org. Get yourself out of the picture.
What if are Technical Issues? – My Cloth Diaper Stash and it's owner are not responsible for any technical failures.
Release of Liability – My Cloth Diaper Stash and it's owner are not responsible for any sponsors inability to live up to his or her prize obligation. Facebook, Twitter, or Google+ are in no way associated with this sweepstakes. My Cloth Diaper Stash reserves the right to disqualify illegible, incomplete, misdirected, late, or falsified entries. My Cloth Diaper Stash is not responsible for lost, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, late, or falsified entries, whether or not such circumstances were caused in any way by My Cloth Diaper Stash or one of their agents.
Tax Responsibility – Taxes due, if any, on prize winnings, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Void where prohibited by law.
