Are you Ready for some Football....Girl Style

Prior to entering MommyHood, I was a Certified Athletic Trainer. Which meant that I basically acted kind of like a doctor, nurse, EMT, psychologist, Physical Therapist, and Mom all in one. I was at the sidelines of almost every sport you could think of. This is where I developed my appreciation for the game of Football!! I used to think that football was just a game for big guys wanting to showcase their masculinity (and in some cases it still is) but I also learned you have to be fairly smart to understand all the plays and what goes into them! It really is a game of quick thinking and responses mixed with athleticism!! That being said, I wanted to give you a little preview of what I wore yesterday to watch the games! This is also a preview of what I will be wearing come Superbowl Sunday!

As you can tell from the picture, I am wearing a Miami Dolphins Jersey!! You may be thinking to yourself, hmmm...the Dolphins aren't in the playoff's or the Superbowl so why is she wearing it...and here are my answers...

1) It matches my eyes

2) It's the only NFL jersey I have

3) It's super cute because there is dolphin on the sleeve

4) It's a conversation starter

5) I have make-up to match (as seen above)

So that about sums up my love of football...it can be a sport girls get into too!! Plus my son has a matching jersey...I will dig it out and post some pictures of us together soon!!
